Refunds
We are happy to offer a 30-day return policy from date of delivery, for change of mind on all full price products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase - note: any discount received at the time of purchase will be carried over. 

Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges. The customer will need to ensure that the return parcel is securely packaged. We recommend sending your return by registered post.

To return your order via post, forward a copy of your original order to us at hello@aureliia.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to confirm if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days - note: slight delays to return processing may be experienced during busy sale and promotional periods. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@aureliia.com.

 

Exchanges
If exchanging a product, please provide details of the item you wish to exchange in your email. We will check stock and confirm a hold has been placed on your requested product. We will provide you with a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sales items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
